Product Overview
Diaphragm assembly is a disc shaped component which is used in exhalation valve for controlling air pressure. It is responsible for a valve to start or stop the process. Silicone diaphragm with pressure disks on both sides, designed to be the only moving part in the exhalation valve. This material has high transparency and excellent mechanical and electrical properties. These products can be used within a temperature range of –55° C to +230° C, and for a short time up to +300° C. The part does not have evidence of visible oils, grease, dust, dirt, lint, fibers, paper, rust, chips, cleaning solutions, machining coolant, and other foreign materials on the surface or in the internal passages when viewed with the unaided eye. All items are cleaned in such a way as to ensure all internal and external passages are clean and do not have any residue from manufacturing or cleaning inside the ports or passages.
